Where it all started: my first river table, in walnut with turquoise epoxy and a scatter of seashells.
I built it in my Dad's basement in March 2022. In the earliest photos the slabs sit in a wooden frame wrapped in plastic, the river still curing, with shells floating in clear blue epoxy. It was the first of many, and the shell-and-river look has stuck with me ever since.
The finished top is glossy walnut with a bright turquoise river, a sandy pool and a few oversized shells.
